In 2018, David Liu founded A-Crepe with the goal of providing fresh and healthy comfort food to the masses.

With over a decade of experience in the food service industry, David’s love of food and passion for quality inspired him to specialize in sweet and savory, gluten-free artisan crepes. Each delicately handmade with care.

A-Crepe quickly gained popularity, serving up over 100,000 delicious crepes since its launch. In 2019, A-Crepe expanded to a second location in Queens, New York, bringing its signature crepes to a new audience.
